Triple Clamp Set, CNC Silver, CBR600RR Forks to fit NC35

CNC machined TYGA lower triple clamp for the NC35 RVF400 to take 53 mm diameter CBR600RR forks. (For later model CBR600RR which use 54 mm forks, we can supply by special order so please send us an email or put a comment with your or der that you need 54 mm and not the default 53mm.)

Designed and machined in-house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessary weight increase.

They are delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation. The top clamp has the ‘bolt-on’ ignition switch/lock holder fitted, which can be removed for racing.

The Steering stoppers are reversible, giving maximum steering lock for street application, or a reduced angle for racing.

Tightening recommendations:

Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

KIT DE TIJAS TYGA CNC PLATA

Estas elegantes tijas TYGA de aluminio son un reemplazo directo de las tijas originales VJ22 , y con la ayuda de las pruebas FEA no solo se ven fantásticas, ¡sino que también funcionan!
Se entregan sin retenes ni rodamientos, pero incluyen una tuerca de abrazadera superior de aluminio para completar la transformación. La abrazadera superior tiene instalado el soporte de la cerradura de encendido ‘atornillado’, que se puede quitar para las carreras.
Los topes de la dirección son reversibles, lo que proporciona un bloqueo de dirección máximo para aplicaciones en la calle o un ángulo reducido para las carreras.
Diseñado y mecanizado CNC e por TYGA a partir de la aleación 6061-T6 de aeronaves. Pesas 1800 gramos.

Recomendaciones de apriete:
Abrazadera inferior tornillos de presión: 23 Nm.
Tornillos de sujeción de pinza superior: 23Nm.
