Due to popular demand, our GP front fairing kit is now available in carbon. These panels are both lighter and stronger than GRP. Finished in three layers of tough clear coat to protect against UV light, they are ready to use and don’t require painting.* This kit comprises of the parts shown in the picture which are also available separately.

*Please note, does not include seat cowling kit which can be ordered code BPFS-1102. Graphics shown in photos are not included.

For Aprilia RS250 MK1 owners, you can use this fairing but it’s not a direct fit.

The dash is different, the digital meters (MK2) fits the TYGA frame.

Tank MK1 looks the same but is little different. The seat needs adjustment the tank is a little bigger.

The cooling- and oil tank are in the sub frame (MK1) and on the side of the frame MK2.

The steps left and right of the MK2 have extra brackets, the MK1 don’t have these. You need them to fit the lower TYGA cowling.

The TYGA Parking Brake is simple but effective and fits pretty much every motorcycle with a hydraulic front brake system, both on and off road. Made from stylish and strong carbon fiber it locks the bike and prevents the bike rolling forward or back while in a parked position. Slip the TYGA Parking Brake into position over the throttle and front brake lever and it will lock the front wheel solid. Useful for a variety of situations:

-When parking on uneven ground, gives peace of mind that the bike will not roll off sidestand

-Useful for locking the motorcycle front wheel during transportation of the motorcycle in or on another vehicle

-Handy for bleeding air out of the front brake system of the bike. Applied over night it will help to squeeze the air to the bleed nipples and reservoir etc.

Don’t worry, it is impossible to forget to remove before riding because it covers the throttle so it has this inherent built in safety feature.

It is one of those things that you probably thought you never needed but once you have this TYGA Parking Brake, you’ll be surpised how handy it is!

Our race airbox is inspired by the GP road racing technology, taking advantage of a front air intake and all available space within the engine compartment.

And by using the lower part of the fuel tank as closing to increase the volumetric capacity of which becomes 9.5 lt against 6.2 lt of the standard component ( + 53%).

The air intake (Snorkel) is positioned in the front to be able to suck a greater amount of air and with less turbulence than the positioning adopted in origin ( in the back)

Its shape also was designed using the calculation FEM (Finite Element Method) to minimize the load losses and therefore increase performance in the complete range of the RPM.

The kit also includes a carbon cover to be mounted close to the air intake to prevent suction of hot air.

All this is mainly reflected in an increase in engine performance, as shown below on the Dyno graph.
