This carbon chain guard replaces the stock plastic part which after 25 years is starting to look a bit faded and battered on most MC21s. By replacing it with the TYGA part, your swing arm will look fresh and tidy!

Note, this product cannot be used with hugger BPCH-0002 without first modifying it because it uses the same mounting hole as the hugger uses.

This modern fairing, designed in-house by TYGA Performance, is the culmination of 15 years of experience developing bodywork for the NSR250. As well as bringing the NSR250 up to date, it also offers huge weight saving and easy fitment and removal. Similar to a GP bike, the fairing is held on by R clips and nylon bungs for quick release. The kit is supplied with all mounting hardware including carbon fiber side stays and aluminium upper and front stays. The headlights used in this kit, are LED and consist of two units either side with 2 on low and 4 on high beam. The system uses a lot less current than conventional halogen systems while at the same time being discrete but stylish. Please note that the headlights do not comply with road use regulations and are unsuitable for high speed riding on unlit roads.

Like all our fairings, this product uses only the best epoxy resins and high quality fabrics to give a strong, light and flexible panel. All our products are hand made by our skilled craftsmen and are built to a very high standard.

As well as this fairing BPFS-0138 which is made using carbon fiber panels finished in high gloss UV protective clearcoat, we offer a similar product using GRP (glass reinforced plastic) which is primed and ready for paint**. See BPFS-0137

Designed to replaced fixed side stays these lightweight carbon fiber stays are supplied with nylon bungs and ‘R’ clips, for quick release. Designed specifically for the NSR250 GP-T fairing, these side stays fit to the frame in the same position as the steel Honda stays. Made from lightweight carbon fiber with nylon bungs and 'R' clips, they are longer than stock and provide the correct position for perfect fitment of the GP-T fairing. Carbon front fender rsw style, Honda MC18/MC19/MC21/MC22/MC28

This is the carbon version of our RSW front fender for enhanced looks, strength and light weight. Gives the appearance of a modern front end with inverted forks and fits using the original fasteners. This front fender is suitable for many Honda sports bike models such as:

all model NSR250s, MC18~28

MC19 and MC22 CBR250RR

CB400SF Super Four

Honda Bros/Hawk 400/650. (needs 110/70 section tyre fitted)

This product will not fit the NC23, NC29 CBR400RR, NC30. For these models, use BPCF-9002, for NC35, use BPCF-9005

This product is designed to be used with BPCU-9033 as part of the Bodywork set BPFS-0138

.

Designed in-house by TYGA Perforance and using 15 years experience of developing fairings for the NSR250, this fairing is lightest and most stylish yet. The design allows for the extra width of an HRC radiator while at the same gives maximum clearance with the track at high angles of lean. Other features include a vent underneath and high quality lamination by our skilled craftsmen. Weight is under 1 kg but strength retained using high strength epoxy resins and good design. Also available in GRP, see BPFL-9033

It is supplied with spacers to place between fairing and rear lower mounts to ensure clearance with exhaust chambers.

This lower cowling is designed to be used with stock or race exhaust systems though some spacing may be necessary to get clearance with chambers:

1. stock systems, fit with no spacing but will need a small part of the indent on the lower vent removed to clear the chamber. We can modify the lower to fit the stock chambers if requested

2. Tyga chambers require some spacing but no cutting. On some systems (particularly MC28) no spacing is necessary

3. Other systems, can not advise, but should require only spacing or possibly cutting of front of lower where front cylinder header exits.
