CNC machined TYGA top triple clamp with detachable ignition switch/lock holder for your NSR250.

Designed and machined in house by TYGA, as a direct replacement for the OEM top triple clamp. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessarily increased weight.

Crafted from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy, the top triple clamp is ready to fit.

The detachable ignition switch/lock holder is positioned to allow use of the steering lock, but can be removed for race use.

They are delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation.

The Steering stoppers are reversible, giving maximum steering lock for street application, or a reduced angle for racing.

Note this is a race triple clamp set and there is no provision for ignition lock or steering lock when used on the MC21. The ignition lock can be relocated to the rear frame to fairing stay on the left side.

Tightening recommendations:

Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

CNC machined TYGA triple clamp set for the MC21 to take Honda RS250 NX5 forks.

Designed and machined in-house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy, and anodized clear. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessary weight increase.

This triple clamp set is delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut, to complete the transformation.

The Steering stoppers are reversible, giving maximum steering lock for street application, or a reduced angle for racing.

There is no provision for the ignition switch, so an alternative mounting location must be found.

Pitch of forks: 200mm (Same as RS250)

Fork Offset: 35mm (Same as NSR250)

Top Clamp: 50mm Bore

Bottom Clamp: 54mm Bore

Tightening recommendations:

Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.

CNC machined TYGA lower triple clamp for the MC21 NSR250 to take 53 mm diameter CBR600RR forks. (For later model CBR600RR which use 54 mm forks, we can supply by special order so please send us an email or put a comment with your or der that you need 54 mm and not the default 53mm.)

Note, we recommend using Handlebar set 48 mm. TYLY-0012 when installing this triple clamp set for best clearance issue with the NSR fairing.
