Este producto debe usarse exclusivamente con nuestros kits de carenado TYGA para Aprilia RS-250.

Este soporte está diseñada para montarse en el sub-chasis TYGA Aprilia RS-250 y asegurar los silenciadores del sistema de escape. Asegurará los silenciadores TYGA y posiblemente otros (no tenemos información sobre esto) , puede usarlos tanto para el lado izquierdo como para el derecho. En los kits se suministra un soporte y es suficiente si la motocicleta que se está montando tiene los silenciadores en el lado derecho. (Estilo TYGA GP). Si la motocicleta tiene silenciadores side by side , uno de los cuales sale a la izquierda y otro a la derecha, será necesario solicitar un soporte adicional para el silenciador del lado izquierdo.

The fairing is a race version of the stock shape with headlight and indicator holes filled in. The lower is in one piece for simple installation and removal.

Ideal for race classes where retaining stock shape (or similar) is necessary to comply with rules. The panels are top quality, being lightweight, flexible and tough. Constructed with epoxy resin and multi layer cross weave mat; do not confuse this with budget race glass made with polyester and chopped strand just because the price is right!

This kit is supplied with clear screen. Please state if you would like a tinted screen or and we will be happy to change to suit. Same applies if you wish to substitute a different model front fender.

Please note that the fairings only weigh approx. 1kg for upper fairing panel and 1.5 for lower and 1.6 kg for seat cowling. To ensure a safe delivery, the box they are sent in weighs 4 kg. You may want to consider two sets and save on shipping…

As well as bringing the NC35 up to date, it also offers a useful weight saving and easy fitment and removal. The kit is supplied with all mounting hardware including carbon fiber side stays and aluminium upper and front stays.

El tanque de enfriamiento y aceite están en el marco secundario (MK1) y en el lado del marco MK2.
Los soportes a la izquierda y derecha del MK2 tienen agujeros adicionales, el MK1 no los tiene. Necesitas que se ajusten al carenado TYGA inferior.

Fairing set street GP-T, Honda NSR250 MC18

This modern fairing, designed in-house by TYGA Performance, is the culmination of 15 years of experience developing bodywork for the NSR250. As well as bringing the MC18 up to date, it also offers huge weight saving and easy fitment and removal. Similar to a GP bike, the fairing is held on by R clips and nylon bungs for quick release. The kit is supplied with all mounting hardware including carbon fiber side stays and aluminium upper and front stays. The headlights used in this kit, are LED and consist of two units either side with 2 on low and 4 on high beam. The system uses a lot less current than conventional halogen systems while at the same time being discrete but stylish. Please note that the headlights do not comply with road use regulations and are unsuitable for high speed riding on unlit roads.

Like all our fairings, this product uses only the best epoxy resins and high quality fabrics to give a strong, light and flexible panel. All our products are hand made by our skilled craftsmen and are built to a very high standard.

As well as this fairing set BPFS-0157 which is made using GRP (glass reinforced plastic) which is primed and ready for paint**, we offer a similar product using carbon fiber panels finished in high gloss UV protective clearcoat. See BPFS-0159
