El carenado superior está modelado a partir de la primera versión del NX5 que tiene la entrada de aire lateral. Lo hicimos ligeramente diferente al alisar el lado izquierdo donde normalmente hay un recorte cerca del amortiguador de la dirección, pero por lo demás tiene forma de culata. Hecho de resina epoxi de alta calidad y tejido de vidrio de 200 gramos, este producto es ligero y resistente. Tendrá la tendencia a flexionarse y no romperse en caso de accidente y aguantará bien los choques menores. Está acabado en imprimación listo para pintar. Para ser utilizado con carenado inferior BPFL-9136.

The upper fairing is modelled from the first version of the NX5 which has the side air intake. We made it slightly different by smoothing the left side where there is normally a cut out near the steering damper but is otherwise stock shaped. Made from high quality epoxy resin and 200 gram glass fabric, this product is both light and strong. It will tend to flex and not shatter in the event of an accident and hold up well to minor crashes. It is finished in primer ready for paint. To be used with lower cowling BPFL-9136.
The TYGA Moto Maggot stainless silencer, with 50.8 mm inside diamter, is definitely not for the fainthearted. The music emitted at full volume is simply ear drum shattering and would not be out of place in the MotoGP paddock.
We’ve used our two stroke pipe manufacturing technology to bring you this all stainless construction of hand rolled and hand welded cones. The 2″ baffle core is also stainless. The silencer is then packed with glass before final welding.
The ‘slip-on’ mount is 2″ internal diameter, so is compatible with our existing TYGA NC30/35 pipe and any other system with a 2″ (approx. 50mm) external diameter tail pipe.
«The Maggot» is secured in place with two springs, which align with the spring hooks already fitted to the TYGA pipe.
Two extra (stainless) spring hooks are supplied with the kit, which can then be welded to any other system that may need modification to fit the silencer.
Please be aware that this silencer is exceptionally loud! It will, however, get you noticed wherever you go!
The overall length is approx. 320 mm. and fits onto a 2″ pipe section. The clamping area is 4″ in diameter. Contains an inner baffle tube and some sound deadening material but is still very loud; this silencer not only allows for more power but gives a much more rewarding audible experience over stock. This system will definitely NOT comply to specific country noise emission regulations and is NOT homologated for street use. You have been warned!
For use with pipe set EXPS-0012 or any system using a spring mounted 2″ inlet.
