Estas tapas de válvula de escape TYGA de aluminio 6061 T6 ofrecen una gran mejora estética del motor y también cumplen la función de mantener el área de la cámara de la válvula libre de residuos de escape.
El aceite residual se almacena en un bote para que sea mas cómodo el vaciado.
El sellado de la cubierta del cilindro se realiza mediante una ranura mecanizada por CNC equipada con una junta tórica, por lo que no hay más juntas rotas. Tornillos de acero inoxidable M5.

This silencer has polished stainless steel endcaps and a carbon fiber tube to produce an attractive and lightweight product. Free flowing, this silencer not only allows for more power but gives a much more rewarding audible experience over stock. This system may not comply to specific country noise emission regulations and is not homologated for street use.
The ‘slip-on’ mount is 2″ internal diameter, so is compatible with our existing TYGA NC30/35 pipe and any other system with a 2″ external diameter tail pipe. It is secured in place with two springs, which align with the spring hooks already fitted to the TYGA pipe.
Two extra (stainless) spring hooks are included and can then be welded to any other system that may need modification to fit the silencer.
For use with pipe set EXPS-0012 or any system using a spring mounted 2″ inlet.
The TYGA Moto Maggot stainless silencer, with 50.8 mm inside diamter, is definitely not for the fainthearted. The music emitted at full volume is simply ear drum shattering and would not be out of place in the MotoGP paddock.
We’ve used our two stroke pipe manufacturing technology to bring you this all stainless construction of hand rolled and hand welded cones. The 2″ baffle core is also stainless. The silencer is then packed with glass before final welding.

Please be aware that this silencer is exceptionally loud! It will, however, get you noticed wherever you go!
The overall length is approx. 320 mm. and fits onto a 2″ pipe section. The clamping area is 4″ in diameter. Contains an inner baffle tube and some sound deadening material but is still very loud; this silencer not only allows for more power but gives a much more rewarding audible experience over stock. This system will definitely NOT comply to specific country noise emission regulations and is NOT homologated for street use. You have been warned!
